Regular check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
To make other arrangements, please advise the reservationist when securing your room. We will be happy to accommodate special requests based on availability.
Late check out can be extended with advanced notice to 12:00 PM. After 12:00 PM the Creekside Lands Inn will charge for an additional half (1/2) day room rate until 4:00 PM and a full day after 4:00 PM.

We have a complimentary continental breakfast available for our guests each morning from 6:00 AM -9:30 AM, daily! Make sure you swing by the lobby area in time, before it disappears. :)
Sorry, there is no restaurant on site, but our staff can make good recommendations to satiate that hungry belly at nearby eateries for lunch, dinner or just a quick snack.
Creekside Lands Inn is a pet friendly environment. Pet cleaning/service fees are $15.00 per day, per pet.
Please identify your pet at time of reservation/check-in. Failure to notify front desk of pet will result in a $15/per day additional charge to final bill.
All our guest rooms and indoor premises are non-smoking areas. Smoking in guest room is strictly prohibited and will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
We do have an outdoor pool facility on the property which is available at no extra charge to registered guests. There is also a poolside outdoor barbecue grill available for use by our guests to make their outdoor experience with friends and family more enjoyable.
Registered guests can also avail use of a Private Dock reaching into the Long Branch Creek for shrimping, crabbing, fishing or even just relaxing watching the sun rise and set into the beautiful sky.
Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi high-speed internet in all guest rooms, and public areas throughout the hotel. However, Wi-Fi coverage depends on various factors and might be a little patchy in certain locations.
Microwave and Mini Refrigerator can be made available on request on a first come first serve basis.
The Creekside Lands Inn has a few limited number of ADA accessible rooms, however at time of reservation these rooms can be requested. Please note requests are not guaranteed, however we try our best to exceed your requirements.
We have no elevator on the property, please make sure to request the 1st floor if needed.
Children under 18 years of age may stay for free.
Cancellation required 24 hrs prior to the arrival date to avoid 1 night penalty charge plus tax. All reservations require guarantee to a credit card with valid expiration date and CVV security code at time of booking.
All non cancelled room reservation will forfeit a one night charge on the credit card given during the reservation process or removed from the deposit on the reservation, if received at time of booking.
All room reservations require a credit card at time of booking. In some cases a deposit may also be required during peak citywide events. A valid credit card will be also required at time of check in to access the guest room with proper authorization for any and all room charges.
Free daily parking is available at the entrance of the Hotel for registered guests for the duration of their stay. Parking rates are subject to change and shall be posted accordingly.
All guest rooms are subject to local and state per day occupancy fees/tax and phone surcharges. Local phone calls are free.
Guests at time of check in will be responsible to provide an authorized credit card as payment for any room damage.
A valid State issued ID, Military ID or Passport.
Also, a valid credit card or cash deposit may be required during the check-in process.
All rooms, including group or contracted rooms, packages and promotions are subject to availability. Room requests at the time of booking will be noted but room requests are not guaranteed. All rooms are subject to availability and may require a minimum night stay.

We do not have any shuttle services at our property but can recommend several cab companies. Please check in with the front desk for assistance.
Updated Pet Fee as of January 1, 2017. Our Pet Fee has increased to $30 per Pet/Per Night.
